We collect your Minecraft username, UUID, IP address, and in-game activity data (playtime, kills, deaths) to run the server and enforce rules. If you make a store purchase, payment is handled by a third-party provider. We do not store credit card information.
2. How we use your information
We use collected data to run the server, enforce rules, process purchases, prevent ban evasion, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to process store transactions through our payment processor. Minecraft usernames and basic play stats may be visible to other players on leaderboards.
4. Data retention
We retain server logs and player data for up to 12 months. Ban records are retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of your data by opening a support ticket, subject to legal and operational constraints.
5. Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from our servers.
6. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we collected such information, contact us immediately.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
