1. Acceptance of terms
By using any Horizon SMP server, website, or Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Horizon SMP. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Players under 18 should have parental permission.
3. User conduct
You agree to follow the rules listed on our Rules page. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans across Horizon SMP services. We may remove players when needed to keep community standards.
4. Store purchases
All purchases from the Horizon SMP store are final. Ranks and perks are cosmetic and do not provide gameplay advantages. We may modify or discontinue store items. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes result in a permanent ban.
5. Intellectual property
Horizon SMP, its logo, and all branding are the property of the Horizon SMP network. Minecraft is the property of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
6. Limitation of liability
Horizon SMP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of in-game progress, data, or items. The service may be interrupted or terminated without notice.
7. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server.
